Nirdosh

Nirdosh is used to give up the habit of tobacco and marijuana smoking. It increases metabolism, helping digestion and the removal of toxins from the chest and lungs.

Smoke a cigarette of Nirdosh as soon as you get tempted to smoke a normal one. It can be smoked during the morning and early evening for a balancing effect. Dose varies according to season, time of day and individual suitability. Minimal and moderate use is always the safest way to administer herbs, however when attempting to reduce the addictions of tobacco it may be considered safe to smoke Nirdosh more frequently.

Nirdosh calms the mind, alleviating anxiety and stress, pacifying the destructive force of excessive data. Nirdosh lightens the body and mind providing clarity and happiness.

If you miss a dose of Nirdosh and are taking 1 dose daily, take the missed dose if you remember the same day. If you do not remember until the next day, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Store Nirdosh at room temperature between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Nirdosh out of the reach of children and away from pets.

No absolute contradictions. All the herbs have a positive action on the lungs, digestive system and the mind.
